A note from our founder

Everyday Alchemist was born from a simple belief: small, mindful rituals can transform even the busiest, most demanding lives.

Working in a fast-paced environment in the beauty industry, prioritizing my health felt like a luxury I didn’t have time for. I found myself in a cycle of sleepless nights, stress, and burnout.

It was through this struggle that I discovered the power that minerals, adaptogens and nootropics had in providing quick relief and also addressing the root cause of the issue over time.
